Serve Design was started by Paul Tilbury eleven years ago. As a technically-minded creative, he enjoys both designing and coding and welcomes working with other design agencies as a reliable and expert freelance designer. Skills that Paul can bring to your project(s) are:

Paul also works as a user interface designer for a leading medical device company. Working alongside c# developers, he creates xaml based layouts using Expression Blend and Visual Studio. These medical applications are found in hospitals throughout the world.
